Rohde & Schwarz: R&S ZVAX24 Hardware Extension Unit

The new R&S ZVAX24 hardware extension unit converts the vector network analyzers of the R&S(r) ZVA family into space saving solutions to make intermodulation or pulse profile measurements easier. Even applications up to +43 dBm can be performed with no problem.

Reactel Inc.: Terminated Diplexer 2DMPX-102-N11

Reactel part number 2DMPX-102-N11 is a terminated diplexer. This unit exhibits superior VSWR performance in both the passband (120 to 1000 MHz) and reject band (20 to 100 MHz). This high power unit offers 0.7 dB of insertion loss and greater than 70 dB of rejection.

Freescale Semiconductor Inc.: InGaP HBT MMG3014

The MMG3014NT1 is a 40 to 4000 MHz general purpose amplifier that is internally input matched and internally output prematched. It is designed for a broad range of Class A, small-signal, high linearity, general purpose applications.

RFMD®: RF3021 SPDT Switch

Designed for general purpose switching applications which require low insertion loss and high power handling capability, the RF3021 is ideally suited for battery operated applications requiring low insertion loss and switching with very low DC power consumption. The switch also features low control voltage and moderate isolation.

Carlisle Interconnect Technologies: HDRFI(r) Mixed Signal Circular Connector

The HDRFI(r) Circular connector family is comprised of insert arrangements that maximize the number of size 16 RF contacts available in a standard circular connector arrangement. The product line encompasses shell sizes 15 to 25 and is based on the D38999 Series III specification.

Aeroflex/Weinschel Inc.: 6 GHz Programmable Attenuators

Aeroflex/Weinschel offers a series of 6 GHz relay switched programmable attenuators which are specifically designed for Wireless/Cellular, RF Simulation/Emulation & Communication Test Applications. This series is available in many standard attenuation ranges and cell configurations (0 to 55/1 dB, 0 to 103/1 dB and 0 to 55.75/0.25 dB).
